About

Our Story

Hamilton Contractors began in Columbus, Ohio, in 2010 with a simple goal: provide quality construction while treating every customer and every project with honesty, respect, and personal attention.

The company started small, focusing primarily on residential construction and renovation projects throughout Central Ohio. From those early projects, Hamilton Contractors built its reputation one customer and one project at a time. Through hard work, quality craftsmanship, and strong relationships, the company continued to grow.

Over the years, that growth opened the door to larger and more complex projects. Residential construction expanded into commercial renovations, churches, schools, historic restoration, athletic facilities, additions, and large-scale new construction.

Today, Hamilton Contractors is headquartered in Hilliard, Ohio, serving clients throughout Central Ohio and beyond. Our experience includes commercial and residential construction, churches, schools, athletic facilities, historic properties, renovations, additions, new construction, and specialty projects.

Churches, schools, and historic properties have become an especially important part of our work. We understand that these buildings are more than structures. They are places where people worship, learn, gather, celebrate, and build memories. Working on them requires an appreciation for their history, purpose, and importance to the communities they serve.

While Hamilton Contractors has grown significantly since 2010, we have never wanted to lose the values that built the company. We remain locally owned and believe strongly in personal relationships, open communication, quality craftsmanship, and standing behind our work.

In 2026, Hamilton Contractors expanded its residential services, bringing the company back to where our story began. Today, we are proud to serve homeowners alongside the commercial, religious, educational, and community organizations that have trusted us with their projects over the years.

From a small construction company in Columbus to the diverse projects we take on today, our mission remains simple:

Build it right. Treat people right. Preserve what matters. Create something that will serve the next generation.
