The build itself follows a set sequence: site prep, foundation, framing, roofing and weatherproofing, mechanical and electrical systems, insulation, drywall, and interior and exterior finishes. We schedule inspections throughout and keep you updated through a client portal so you always know where the project stands. When the work is done, we walk the site with you, resolve any punch list items, and hand over occupancy documentation.
